Due to the Custom nature of all our work, we require project/gigs paid in full and larger projects 50% down the Sales Order/Estimate price before any work begins. The balance (if any) will be due upon delivery of products and services. Paying with CHECKS will delay process by 14 business days..
The initial deposit is non-refundable once production has been started.
All sales orders include an estimate of shipping (if applicable) and actual shipping charges will be reflected on the final invoice.
We accept cash transfers, paypal, western union (extra fee of $20.00) and credit card payments.
Custom art work provided by Good GroundFX is billed at a flat rate of $45.00. This rate includes 3 free revision. Each revision thereafter will be billed at $5.00 each. Conversion of raster images such as .jpegs, .bmp, .png, .gif, .psd will result in the $2.50 art fee. Photoshop (PSD) files are not vectored and will be assessed a $25.00 fee to convert/re-create to a usable vectored format. Art fee MUST be paid before we start on any project. All Custom artwork created is the property of Good GroundFX unless the client pays for the full artwork as part of their service. Design fee does not give FULL RIGHTS TO ARTWORK.
End Of Day Payment Plan
If you not able to pay your annual website/page fee, you can do End Of Day Payment Plan. You must pay 2-4 Paymnt's per week and if you miss one payment your site will be down until it's paid in full. A weekly reminder will be sent 1-3 days before payment due date.
If client is providing artwork, it must be in a vector format in solid spot colors. If 4-color process printing is required, the required artwork format is CMYK at 300 dpi or higher. If artwork is not in the required format, art charges may occur. All texts used must be converted to outlines or paths. If client art is provided, client must also supply Good GroundFX with all original art files in the programs they were created so changes can be made by Good GroundFX if necessary.
Good GroundFX cannot be held responsible for bad artwork that is approved by the client.
All projects will be allowed corrections for artwork at the sole discretion of Good GroundFX.
Art and project corrections cannot include work outside of the scope of the original estimate.
While every effort is made to reproduce an imprint as the artwork, variations in ink and printing processes make it impossible to guarantee exact color representation and consistency.
All clients must provide proof of ownership before copyrighted materials will be printed. Good GroundFX will not be responsible for (and reserves the right to collect) legal fees incurred due to copyright infringement.
Production times on average range from 5-10 business days. Production begins when Good GroundFX receives a visual confirmation that artwork is approved (Can be done via fax or email) and deposit (if any) is received.
Estimates/Sales Order prices are only good for 4 days from the date listed on the estimate/sales order for the items and services listed.
Rush Production (orders manufactured in less time than normal) may not be available and, where available, may incur a charge of 20-75%. All rush charges are dependent upon the product. Unless specifically stated, imprint size and position is at the discretion of Good GroundFX.
Payment of a deposit and/or signature of an estimate/sales order constitutes that you agree to the terms and conditions listed herein.
Business Days are Monday through Friday (8:30am – 4pm), excluding observed holidays.
These terms and conditions may be updated at the sole discretion of Good GroundFX without any prior notification.
While Good GroundFX will do everything in its power to deliver an order on time, Good GroundFX will not be held responsible for acts beyond our control that can delay production or shipping of products.
Good GroundFX will make every effort possible to replace damaged or misprinted items or refund the difference of the affected items (deposit not included). This decision will be at the sole discretion of Good GroundFX and is considered final.

Upon Approval Good Ground will use approval comments for advertising promotions, written approval is required if you wish otherwise. Good Ground may also use all project in promotion unless written approval is given not to do so.
